NWR Builders Exchange Seeks Office Space

Our lease for our current office space will expire in September of 2026 and our landlord has chosen not to extend it.  Now this may seem like a long ways away, but we are starting to think about it now.  Our landlord has also allowed us to break the lease should we find something earlier than September 2026.  Preferably, I would like to see us have some place at least secured a year from now.

With that being said…

• Do you have office space to lease?
• Do you know someone that has office space to lease?
• Is there space in your building?
• Have you seen a sign somewhere?

Let me know!

Here are some of the things we are looking for:

• 1200-1500 square feet
• More of an open concept (not 4 or 5 small spaces).  Of course, we “know someone” that could probably help us complete a renovation, but we would prefer 2 or 3 larger spaces to several small.
• Altoona or Eau Claire – preferably south or east side of Eau Claire, but we would entertain other locations.
